Judy Gover Constituency Assistant
Judy will bring a wealth of knowledge for her interactions with constituents and
dealing first hand with their various issues and concerns. During the last four
years, Judy held the position of an Administrative Assistant with the Eastern School
District. In addition, Judy has more than 14 years experience working within government
departments dealing with constituency issues. Her considerable experience while
working at the executive level in the areas of human resources, employment, environment
and labour will be a great asset to our office.
Constituents that have individual issues concerning Employment Insurance, CPP, Revenue
Canada and any other programs may contact Judy or any other member of the staff.
Judy currently resides on Salmonier Line with her husband, Kevin.
Steve Crocker Executive Assistant
Steve was raised, educated and worked in the community of Heart’s Delight-Islington,
Trinity Bay. For the past 15 years he has operated a successful family business
in his hometown. Through his business experience, Steve has learned first-hand the
issues facing small businesses operating in a rural setting.
By residing in the rural part of the Riding, Steve brings first-hand knowledge of
the expectations and issues of importance for residents living, working and raising
families in rural communities. Through his many years of work experience, he has
served the public to meet their day-day service needs. Steve has also been involved
in his community as a member of the Heart’s Delight-Islington Volunteer Fire Department
for the past 10 years.
Steve still resides in Heart’s Delight-Islington with his wife, Nadine and kids,
Benjamin and Alexander.
Chris Snow Special Assistant
Chris grew up in Coley`s Point and after attending Memorial University, has moved
back to his hometown. Chris has completed a Certificate in Public Administration
and is near completion of a double major in Political Science and History.
While attending high school, Chris was active in his community by participating
in church organizations, student council and sports.
Chris will be the first point of contact in the Constituency Office and will direct
your inquiries accordingly. Requests for certificates and congratulatory messages

Ken Carter Director of Communications
Through his educational and employment background, Ken will bring considerable experience
to the office. Ken has worked at the executive level in municipal affairs and environment
and handled many constituency inquiries. He has an educational and technical background
in the harvesting, processing and marketing sectors of the fishing industry. Ken
holds a Bachelor of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial
University. He currently resides in Conception Bay South with his wife, Tracey and
kids, Jack and Luke.
Ken will focus on communications, media relations and government liaison. He will
also assist with fisheries, small business and ACOA issues in the Riding.
